When credit is added
Once our 35-day return and exchange window has closed. We add confirmed credit once a month.
If an order is returned or refunded, the credit on it falls away.
What counts
Online orders through your link. Credit isn’t earned on your own orders, gift card purchases, in-store or showroom orders, wholesale orders, or cancelled, returned or fraudulent orders.
If your friend uses a creator’s code at checkout, the order goes to that creator instead.
Using your credit
Use your credit on any order at rethread.store.
Store credit has no cash value. It can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred to someone else.
You can see your referrals and credit at any time in your dashboard.

Send friends to us for anything about orders, sizing or returns. We’ll look after them.
Please don’t
Post your link on coupon or discount websites, or in group chats and forums outside your own circle.
Comment with your link on Rethread’s posts or ads, or on other brands’ or creators’ posts.
Send your link to people in unsolicited DMs.
Place fake orders, or use another account, email or name to refer yourself.
Present yourself as Rethread, or as speaking on Rethread’s behalf.
The fine print
Joining is by approval, and we can review or close any account that doesn’t follow these guidelines.
We may withhold or reverse credit on orders that break these terms.
We may update the programme, including the reward rate, with 30 days’ notice. Credit already confirmed is always honoured.
Either side can leave the programme at any time. Confirmed credit stays in your account.
We only use your personal details to run the programme, in line with POPIA.

I ordered a medium size dress and received a small size that had a strong scent of soap. I sent a mail and I was told that the dress would be picked up and the correct dress would be delivered to me. This morning I received another delivery of a small dress . It makes me wonder if you double check your products when packaging them for delivery… I understood the 1st mistake but the 2nd one has left a sour taste. This was my 1st order to the store.
