We ship both locally and internationally using trusted couriers.

- Standard Shipping (Economy): 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available for domestic orders over R1500, and take 3-7 business days.

- Shipped via FedEx Express
- Delivery within 5-10 business days (times may vary based on destination)
Important: Import duties & taxes vary per country. Customers are responsible for checking applicable costs. Rethread is not liable for any additional fees upon arrival.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return or exchange an item, here’s what you need to know:
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and original packages attached.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of your order date.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
International Orders:
We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Due to FedEx pricing structures, duties and taxes, return costs often exceed original shipping fees.
Sale Items:
- Items purchased on sale (excluding sample sale items) can be exchanged or returned for store credit only. No refunds.
- Sample Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@rethread.store, with clear photos and a detailed description. If the damage is due to a manufacturing fault, we will facilitate an exchange or return.
How to Process a Return or Exchange

2. Ship Your Return
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If you prefer, you can arrange your own return shipping to:

3. Processing & Refunds
- Once received, our team will inspect the item and process your exchange, store credit, or refund (if applicable).
- Refunds will be issued within 3-7 business days (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Additional Information
No refunds for sale items (exchange or store credit only).
Do not send returns without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be processed.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
